Frontages or "aprons" are typically the busiest location on a commercial property and require pressure washing every few months depending on need. Spills, stains and gum may be removed by pressure washing with heated water. Clean Green SM uses large, or mid-size, gasoline or diesel powered commercial power washing equipment situated on trailers. The use of water tanks permits us to service jobs close to water bibs or remotely.
Many times parking garages are maintained with a push broom only. Over time dust, oil and grim accumulate; particularly when covered. We outfit our trucks with large water tanks in order to deliver equipment and sufficient heated (140°) water to thoroughly clean any project. Further, we utilize effective drain covers and water recovery systems while washing in order to ensure compliance with local codes.
